Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers timely and accurate royalty and content analytics to support business decision-making, ensures reporting integrity and commercial transparency
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances recurring and ad hoc financial and metrics reporting to provide insight into financial performance, key fluctuations, and underlying business drivers
  • Analyzes large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, and supports resolution through structured follow-up
  • Supports monthly royalty reporting and reconciliation activities, including analysis of gains, losses, and allocation impacts across publishers, business units, and territories
  • Contributes to the design, improvement, and automation of reporting tools, data structures, and analytical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder confidence
  • PARTNERS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO RESPOND TO ROYALTY, LICENSING, AND REPORTING INQUIRIES IN A TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE MANNER
  • Supports the preparation and presentation of analytical materials for content planning, licensing, and commercial decision support
  • Establishes and communicates business requirements in a standard manner to support consistent reporting and operational execution
  • CONTRIBUTES TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES THAT STRENGTHEN FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY, REPORTING ACCURACY, COMPLIANCE, AND OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
  • AD-HOC PROJECTS AND INVOLVEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM AS THE COMPANY REASONABLY REQUIRES

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting and analytics or business decision support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large, structured datasets and reporting tools
  • Strong Excel skills required; SQL experience required; Python knowledge a plus

Pay

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Schedule

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
