Decision Analytics Manager - Partner Software
About the role
As a Manager - Partner Software at ZS, you will work with and develop relationships with software partner organizations, primarily sales reps and sales managers to identify leads, joint accounts, and partnership opportunities. You will also identify leads and lead pursuits within ZS client accounts by working with ZS leadership, sell projects and hunt for new leads in "net new (to ZS)" accounts, and manage a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Work with and develop relationships with both clients and partners (3rd parties who help in the selling process)
- Show strong project management skills and client empathy
- Demonstrate ability to sell and hunt for new work
- Have knowledge of commercial model and motivation (CMM) processes and principles, with a particular understanding of sales compensation (administration), quotas, and territory design and management
- Understand data and technology with an ability to quickly learn technical systems
- Have experience collecting requirements for technical solutions
- Implement and maintain software solutions, with a preference for Xactly, Varicent, Anaplan or other top tier SPM software
- Manage and staff teams, contributing to the Partner Software space strategy and growth development

ZS offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work. Business needs of your project and client are the priority, and while some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
