About the role

The Deburr Technician is responsible for ensuring that all products are free from burrs and other defects before they are shipped to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate deburring machines to remove burrs and other imperfections from metal parts.
  • Inspect products for quality control purposes.
  • Adjust and maintain deburring equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents in the workplace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of metalworking processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using deburring machines and related tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures.
