Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed deburring and finishing of precision-machined parts
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Maintain consistent workflow and productivity
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform small, intricate work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Microsoft Office experience (a plus)
- Pass visual and dexterity assessments
- Complete a basic mechanical aptitude test
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Successfully complete a 90-day probationary period
- Demonstrate strong performance evaluations
