Deals Diligence Analytics Manager
The Opportunity
As a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager, you will engage with top private equity and corporate clients across various sectors, assisting them in making informed, multi-billion dollar decisions. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from diligence to post-deal performance improvement and exit preparation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where each client and situation presents distinct challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
Leading data-driven diligence and value creation initiatives for private equity and corporate clients
Managing complex data analysis to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance data visualization and reporting
Developing predictive models and conducting scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
Building and maintaining data pipelines and warehouses to support analytics frameworks
Oversight of data quality improvement plans and validation of data integrity and security
Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop their skills in data analytics
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points for effective communication with clients and teams
What You Must Have
A Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
At least one of the following certifications: Databricks, MS SQL, Power BI, AWS, Azure, GCP, Python, SAS
Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau for data analysis
Advanced data visualization skills to drive insights
Excelling in complex data analysis and predictive modeling
Managing data-driven projects with a focus on client outcomes
Leading teams in developing innovative data solutions
Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
