About the role

The Analytics Business Manager (ABM) will serve as a key liaison between clinical and operational stakeholders and the Enterprise Data & Analytics team. This individual will facilitate requirements gathering, translate complex business needs into actionable analytics solutions, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful reporting insights.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clinical, operational, and analytics stakeholders to identify reporting and data needs.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business objectives, workflows, and reporting expectations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to support the development and implementation of reporting solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple teams and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution efforts.
  • Ensure reporting solutions accurately support operational and clinical decision-making.
  • Promote best practices in healthcare analytics, reporting, and data governance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, or reporting-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of Epic reporting capabilities and healthcare data environments.
  • Experience partnering with business, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting oncology service lines, cancer center operations, or oncology-related reporting programs.
  • Familiarity with complex healthcare system workflows and performance reporting.
  • Previous experience working with large healthcare organizations or academic medical centers.
