Responsibilities

  • Process new/used vehicle purchases and dealer trades
  • Submit aftermarket products and manufacturer transactions
  • Process vendor invoices and lien payoffs
  • Complete weekly/monthly reconciliations
  • Support intercompany and dealership accounting functions

Requirements

  • Dealership accounting or automotive experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Customer service or retail experience a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Web-based systems familiarity

Pay

Compensation Range: with a typical starting range of $18-$26.45. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (Option for 4×10 schedule after training)
