About the role

The Table Games Dealer will be supporting the Table Games department. This position will report to the Table Games Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
• Aid in tracking play and game observation.
• Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property (21, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow and Three Card Poker).
• Show good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourage others to do the same.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 3 years dealing experience is required.
• Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must accurately balance chip bank. Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests. Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner. Must be able to successfully interact with other team members and management. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
