Dealers

Responsibilities

• Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, or throw dice, ensuring games follow house policies, gaming, and state regulations.
• Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor to create a positive experience for players.
• Exchange currency for chips, compute winnings/losses, and accurately settle bets.
• Monitor table activity for cheating or irregularities and report issues to the Pit Supervisor.
• Explain game rules and procedures to guests.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Training/Certification - Completion of dealer school or table games experience in a casino.
• Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License.
• Ability to stand for long periods and use hand-eye coordination for dealing in a loud, disruptive smoke filled environment.
• Clear communication skills to explain rules and interact with guests.
