About the role

To help aid in the creation of a new casino culture, Parkwest Casino is seeking Card Dealers who will not only deal cards but will make dealing an adventure and experience guests won’t forget.

Responsibilities

• Show attention to detail when dealing, ensuring no more than 2 mistakes for any table game in a 3 month period.
• Provide excellent guest service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain an appropriate number of hands per down, staying within 5% of the mean hands per down for each table game offered.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with high availability.
• Participate in a highly interactive training course covering past experience and present cardroom table games and procedures.
• Commit to excellence in dealing skills and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, walk, stand, sit, and bend for 6 or more hours a day.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Dealing knowledge is a plus, but commitment to improving one’s dealing skills is most important.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
• Exposure to excessive noise.
