Position Summary
Under general direction from the Table Games Floor Supervisor, responsible for promoting a fun and positive customer experience by dealing Table Games to customers on assigned shift in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Deals to the established policies and procedures of Table Mountain Casino including the handling of cash, chips and cards. Accurately pay, take player wagers, and maintain a stable game pace.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Checks with the Table Game Supervisor prior to the commencement of a shift change to determine assignment.
- Begins dealer rotation in complete uniform and good personal hygiene.
- Ensures game protection and game pace for all guests and ensures payouts are made quickly and accurately.
- Shuffles cards as needed and deals table games.
- Provides a friendly, fun, and harmonious atmosphere for guests.
- Complies with department, casino, gaming regulatory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Verifies and pays winning hands, exchanges cash into house chips and takes losing bets according to house rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Safeguards company assets.
- Attends and participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Responds to customer’s requests in a prompt and professional manner; contacts supervisor as needed.
- Affords assistance in cleaning and maintenance of table games areas and inventory of supplies.
- Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
- Performs other duties as required.

Chip fill/credit receipts.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required unless waived by Human Resources Management.
- Pass dealer audition to qualify for the position.
- Previous dealing experience preferred.
- Basic math and reading skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, guest service, attention to detail and problem solving skills required.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of basic math and arithmetic.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of public relations and customer service.
- Knowledge of card games dealing Blackjack, Spanish 21, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Mini Bac, Pai Gow, Double Deck, Roulette, Poker, and Craps.
- Ability to deal Blackjack.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with guests.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with co-workers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict time lines.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand for prolonged periods, walk and sit; use hands for dexterity of motion; stoop, bend, kneel or crouch, and have normal auditory, visual acuity, and verbal communications skills.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Work involves prolonged sitting, walking, or extended work hours including swing shifts, evenings, holidays and weekends may be required.
- Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
