Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns daily via phone, text, and email to convert warm leads into active customers
- Conduct virtual demos and product presentations to dealership decision-makers
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through consistent, multi-channel communication
- Manage and maintain a clean, active sales pipeline in the CRM with meticulous follow-up
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Develop working knowledge of Carpool's platform and the vehicle logistics industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of inside sales, SDR/BDR, or call center sales experience
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, metrics-driven sales environments
- Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
- Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to hit and exceed targets
- Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain energy throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA and work in-office at our Buckhead location
Pay
Total Compensation Package: At Carpool Logistics, we are offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the success and expertise of our team members. The compensation framework includes a base salary of $50,000, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.
