Headquartered in New York City, the company serves automotive dealers with an automated sales and marketing platform that helps predict future buyers and supports dealer success across loyalty, service, and conquest segments. 2. About the Opportunity:The Dealer Relations Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with automotive dealerships. This position ensures dealer partners effectively adopt and utilize the company’s product to meet their business goals. The role involves managing dealer accounts, delivering training, and addressing dealership needs to drive customer satisfaction and product engagement. It significantly contributes to the organization’s impact by supporting dealer success through strategic consultation and ongoing partnership. 3. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-level relationships across dealership departments.Understand dealer goals, pain points, and market trends to support partners effectively.Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and champion product adoption.Plan and execute product launches, implementation, and training.Serve as the primary contact for dealership issues and follow up on escalations.Share best practices and product updates with dealers and the regional team.Retain and manage a portfolio of 20+ dealer accounts.Collaborate with the regional team and report to the Director of Dealer Relations.Travel extensively within the assigned geographic area and nationally as needed. 4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within a luxury automotive retail environment.Proficient with CRM tools and comfortable with technology.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with business and financial insight.Ability to build rapport, develop relationships, and negotiate effectively.Skilled in problem-solving, seeking feedback, and resolving issues constructively.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel 80%-100% regionally and nationally. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 to $105,000.Final salary will depend on geographic location, experience, skills, and certifications.Eligible for an annual incentive plan.Eligible for additional benefits through the parent organization.
