Dealer - Full Time Swing (7 PM to 3 AM)

About the role

We love our work and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for casino gaming. You'll be responsible for exchanging paper currency for playing chips, attending meetings, and training activities, and ensuring accurate table banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, training activities, and all work-related activities as required.
• Check the accuracy of table bank inventory, markers, and table fill and table credit documents.
• Communicate buy-ins in compliance with established Pit procedures.
• Collect and replace casino chips as needed.
• Promote outstanding customer and team member relations.
• Casino Table Games: Conduct all casino table games according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure wagers are placed before table gaming proceeds.
• Maintain the handling of cards, dice, chips, money, and other gaming equipment at an appropriate rate to maintain game pace.
• Inform players of the rules and regulations as the game progresses.
• Calculate odds to pay winning bets.
• Collect losing bets and pay winning bets.
• Observe players on and around the table to recognize playing styles.
• Notify management of suspicious behavior.
• Handle guest complaints and refer to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have a working knowledge of casino games and possess strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions. Must also have the ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for 2 hours, and work in a smoking environment.

Qualifications

Ability to read and write English proficiently. Ability to speak English. Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
