Deal Expeditor

About the role

Quirk Auto Dealers in Manchester is happy to announce that we currently have an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! We are currently looking to fill the position of a Deal Expeditor. This individual should be someone who is inspired and self-motivated and who has a strong desire and passion to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Submitting deals to the banks, break down deals
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction
• Signing up customer digitally, DocuSign customers
• Answering incoming calls, follow up calls with customers on missing documentation
• Work on trouble deals
• Obtain insurance binders
• Helping with overflow customers in the sales process
• Follow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions

• Ability to multitask
• Work well in fast pace environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Advanced skill with Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position)
