DDS Senior Community Based Support Staff - BVES Whitinsville

Description And Responsibilities

The Senior Community Based Support Staff will assist the Employment Coordinator with the management of the daily program schedule, general running of the program and developing and implementing daily assignments. They will also review, complete, and ensure all required documentation is submitted to the electronic health record.

• Aid in developing and implementing individualized service and behavioral plans and facilitating the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community through skill teaching, programming, job sharing, or coaching.
• Orient new staff to the program and provide peer mentoring.
• Maintain program supplies, monitor vehicle maintenance, and address physical plant needs, preparing a requisition list for the Employment Coordinator.
• Assist with marketing, employer relations, and job development tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities

Pay

Base Rate USD $20.25/Hr.
