About the role

Open Sky Community Services is dedicated to providing inclusive and equitable services to individuals seeking employment and community-based support. Our Employment Services team supports adults aged 22-55 who require assistance in acquiring and maintaining jobs, or developing roles within their communities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of valued community roles and personal relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals.
• Implement all service and behavior plans.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, is required.
• A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals who may have unique safety, behavioral, or other clinical challenges is beneficial.
• Ability to create and implement individualized service plans.
• Knowledge of community integration and social skills development.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the job.

Pay

Open Sky offers competitive compensation based on skills, location, training, and population served. Additional hourly differentials may apply for certain programs.

Hours and schedule will vary based on the specific program and individual needs, but typically range from full-time to part-time depending on the requirements of the position and the individual's needs.
