Description And Responsibilities

The Community Based Support Staff at Open Sky’s DDS Employment Services plays a crucial role in supporting individuals aged 22-55 who receive day support services. Their primary responsibilities include facilitating the development of valued community roles and personal relationships, reviewing and completing required documentation, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals, and implementing all service and behavior plans.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
