About the role

The Relief position at Open Sky Community Services offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Implement activities designed to foster personal relationships and valued roles within the community.
• Ensure daily living needs are met and maintain a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
• Provide direct support care to enhance the well-being of those we serve.
• Assist individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn new opportunities.

Pay

The organization recognizes skills, location, training, and population served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies for an additional hourly differential!

Schedule

Relief Counselors may work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the individuals they support, ensuring a balance between personal, work, and school schedules.
