Join our Relief Team! The Relief position offers an opportunity to gain experience and make a difference in someone's life while supporting adults with developmental and intellectual challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
- Aid in ensuring daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
- Assist individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
- Create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
Qualifications
