DCF Guns Sales Representative, West, Commission Based PLUS Hourly Rate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated full-time Sales Associate to join our dedicated and fun team at DCF. DCF is Colorado's premier indoor shooting range, gun store, gunsmithing shop, and source for firearm training and education.

Responsibilities

• Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, or obtains details of complaints.
• Aids customers in identifying and purchasing firearms and firearms-related accessories and training.
• Maintains full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Ensures proper documentation and processing of firearms and related articles according to federal regulations.
• Creates strategies to ensure company profitability is maintained and goals are met.
• Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
• Keeps close contact with customers to provide updates on progress toward resolution of issues or service requests.
• Resolves unresolved customer issues and refers them to designated departments.
• Records details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken in customer interaction logs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years of related experience.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work longer shifts as required based on the needs of the store.
• Skills: Strong communication, people skills, service orientation, time management, collaborative abilities, and works well under pressure.

Pay and Schedule

• This is a full-time position, usually including evenings and weekends.
• Pay is hourly plus commissions.
