DC Warehouse Area Manager-Weekend Shift

SIV: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 am–5:30 pm

About the role

As the Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team of Distribution Center Associates in executing shipping and receiving responsibilities safely, productively, and in accordance with company policies. You will ensure all DC operations run smoothly so merchandise is received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped properly to get the right products to the right stores at the right time.

• Ensure ongoing training and consistent compliance with all policies, procedures, and rules.
• Leverage technology, warehouse management systems, and reporting tools to drive results and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field preferred—or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures to operate systems within the Distribution Center.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including Mezzanine platforms.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Pay

Min-Mid $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 (salaried). Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, education, job-related skills, relevant experience, and geographic location.
