DC Warehouse Area Manager (Weekend Night Shift)

As the Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team of Distribution Center Associates to execute shipping, receiving, and related tasks safely, productively, and in line with company policies. You’ll play a key role in our supply chain, ensuring merchandise is received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped efficiently to meet our goal of delivering the right products to the right stores at the right time.

Schedule

Friday - Sunday, 5:00pm - 5:30am

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance and maximize individual potential.
• Lead and champion Burlington’s Core Values, fostering an engaging, professional, and inclusive team environment.
• Drive complex, cross-functional, and interdepartmental assignments and special projects.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to your team—and receive the same for yourself.
• Ensure consistent compliance with all policies, procedures, and rules through continuous training.
• Leverage technology, warehouse management systems, and reporting tools to achieve results and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similar) preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management experience in a supply chain distribution center.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures to operate systems within the Distribution Center.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including Mezzanine platforms.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay

Min-Mid $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 (salaried)
