DC Warehouse Area Manager- Weekend Shift

As the Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team of Distribution Center Associates to execute shipping and receiving responsibilities safely, productively, and in accordance with company policies. You will play a key role in our supply chain, ensuring merchandise is received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped efficiently to meet our mission of delivering the right products to the right stores at the right time.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 05:00 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance and maximize individual potential.
• Lead and act as an ambassador for Burlington’s Core Values, fostering an engaging, professional, and inclusive team environment.
• Drive complex, cross-functional, and interdepartmental assignments and special projects.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development to your team while receiving the same for yourself.
• Ensure ongoing training and compliance with all policies, procedures, and rules.
• Leverage technology, warehouse management systems, and reporting tools to drive results and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similar) preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures to operate systems within the Distribution Center.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including Mezzanine platforms.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay

Min-Mid $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 (salaried). Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, education, job-related skills, relevant experience, and geographic location.
