DC Warehouse Area Manager (Weekend Night Shift)

Position Overview

As the Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of warehouse operations, while leading a team of Distribution Center Associates in efficiently and effectively executing shipping/receiving responsibilities safely, productively, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will be a key player in our supply chain operation, ensuring all DC operations run smoothly so we can ensure merchandise is being received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped properly to help us achieve our mission to get the right products to the right stores at the right time!

You'll Come With

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similarly related field) or a combination of education and experience
• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the Mezzanine platforms
• Able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Bi-lingual a plus

Compensation Range

Min-Mid $71,000-76,000
