DC Shop Supervisor I
Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, direct, and appraise work.
- Address equipment complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.
- Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
- Manage shop operations in compliance with the applicable unionized labor agreement(s).
Requirements
- Education: Associate's Degree, preferred
- Experience and/or training in equipment maintenance, preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required

About the role
The DC Shop Supervisor supervises repairs/inspections of equipment according to department policies and applicable laws. This position supervises assigned technicians work assignments, and performs technical inspections, operational procedures, technical training, and safety operations/procedures for the shop.

Pay
This is a salary position paid biweekly. Variable compensation is included. In accordance with the Illinois Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the starting pay for this position ranges between $64,000.00 and $74,000.00 annually but will be negotiated at the time of offer.

Schedule may vary depending on Service Center location.
Travel
Minimal (0%-25%).
