About the role
Oversee implementation of global security standards, offer job training, and support security operational policies across multiple data center sites. Manage General Contractor, Security Contractor and Support new site Construction in Security system implementation. Provide remote America sites. Manage multi-million-dollar security project budgets. Engineering drawing and Specifications and training for new member. Develop new security enhancement strategies with global implementation potential. Manage critical security infrastructure and programs across multiple regions including YUL, YYC, ORD, ATL, CMH. Influence a team spread across different time zones and make high-impact decisions that affect data center operations and security standards. Mentor and train multiple security program managers within various clusters in Americas, therefore having a wider impact on the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of global security standards, offer job training, and support security operational policies across multiple data center sites.
- Manage General Contractor, Security Contractor and Support new site Construction in Security system implementation.
- Provide remote America sites.
- Manage multi-million-dollar security project budgets.
- Engineering drawing and Specifications and training for new member.
- Develop new security enhancement strategies with global implementation potential.
- Manage critical security infrastructure and programs across multiple regions including YUL, YYC, ORD, ATL, CMH.
- Influence a team spread across different time zones and make high-impact decisions that affect data center operations and security standards.
- Mentor and train multiple security program managers within various clusters in Americas, therefore having a wider impact on the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or related in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, and 10 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience must include:
- 10 years of experience in physical security project management.
- 10 years of experience in Security Operations experience in technology, manufacturing, or similar industries, to include access control systems, CCTV, and defense in depth strategies.
- 10 years of experience working with design, installation, and integration of Access-Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems.
- 10 years of experience with Electronics Physical Security Systems knowledge.
- 10 years of redaction of designing documentation.
- 10 years of redaction of programming documentation.
Pay
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $120,682 - $140,000)
Schedule
Domestic or international travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required
