Dayshift (Wed-Sat) Loader/Unloader

About the Role

Join our team as a Box Loader/Unloader in a fast-paced environment where your hard work directly impacts your paycheck. This is a physically active position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying busy and working in a team environment.

What You'll Do

Loading:

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor belt onto trailers
• Scan each box into the trailer using a handheld scanner
• Move cages to and from staging areas
• Load trailers quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately

Unloading:

• Unload floor-loaded trailers by placing boxes onto a conveyor belt
• Scan boxes as they are unloaded
• Sort boxes into designated cages

Pay

• Paid per trailer – performance-based pay
• Earn approximately $200–$250 per day
• Average earnings of $16 minimum–$25 per hour or more
• Paid per case loaded and unloaded
• The more work you complete, the more you earn
• High performers have the opportunity to maximize their daily earnings

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Some days may finish earlier depending on workload
• Overtime as requested

Requirements

• Excellent attendance is required
• Must arrive on time for every shift
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be able to perform consistent physical work for extended periods
