Full-Time Loader - Dayshift

About the role

Our team is seeking an FTA Loader responsible for loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores, contributing to community nourishment. This role requires high organization, energy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment safely
• Inspect trailers prior to loading
• Verify orders using RF handhelds or voice headsets
• Load and secure pallets of merchandise, ensuring no damages
• Perform equipment inspections and document accordingly
• Lift and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs, sometimes multiple levels

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with material handling equipment
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
• Demonstrated reliability, safety focus, and a community-driven attitude

Skills

• Team-oriented with a desire to support community-focused initiatives
• Ability to follow safety protocols and handle equipment properly

Work Environment

Work involves standing, bending, lifting, and walking on various surfaces, with exposure to temperatures of 50°-90°.
