Full-Time Loader (Dayshift)

About the role

Keep communities fed by loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. This role requires energy, organization, and physical activity, contributing to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Using electric pallet jacks and equipment
• Inspecting trailers and verifying loads with RF handhelds or voice headsets
• Loading and securing pallets to prevent damage
• Performing equipment inspections and safe lifting of various weights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating material handling equipment
• Strong safety awareness
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to follow safety procedures

Skills

• Maintain safety standards
• Support efficient loading operations
• Work on surfaces like concrete or tile
• Comfortable in environments that may include refrigerated areas
