Dayshift (Sun-Wed) Loader & Unloader

What You'll Do

Loading Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers
• Scan packages using a handheld scanner
• Move cages between staging areas and loading zones
• Load trailers safely, accurately, and efficiently

Unloading Responsibilities

• Unload floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor belts
• Scan packages during the unloading process
• Sort boxes into designated cages and staging areas

Compensation

• Performance-based pay: approximately $200–$250 per day
• Average earnings of $16–$25+ per hour
• Paid based on cases loaded and unloaded – the more productive you are, the more you can earn
• High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through effort and efficiency

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some shifts may end earlier depending on workload
• Overtime available as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 5–50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
