About the role

$50,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year requirement plus retention bonus. Day shift, Monday–Friday. Equitably shared Q4 call with on-site responsibility on the weekends. MSQA is a plus but not required. Radiologist-led, multi-hospital system that supports each other: HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. Competitive base salary plus additional incentive structure.

Requirements

• Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Florida license or ability to obtain

Pay

The salary range for this position is $500,000–$525,000. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
