Dayforce HCM WFM/Payroll Consultant

AXL Global Consulting is looking for experienced individuals to join our Dayforce Human Capital/Workforce Management consulting team. As an HCM/WFM Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the management and day-to-day tasks of implementing the Dayforce HCM & WFM software solution including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live. You must demonstrate strong client management and project management skills while executing the implementation initiatives that solve real business problems. This is a functional consulting position; however knowledge of the technical aspects of software implementations such as System Integration or Report Writing is a big plus. Responsibilities:Collaborate and engage with clients to understand business requirements and regulatory compliance needs.Conduct workshops and meetings to gather functional and technical requirements for configuring Dayforce Payroll or Workforce Management.Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the project, track progress and communicate issues/risks to ensure successful system delivery.Work with the client to understand requirements and business needsSolution design and gap analysis along with customization requirementsSystem Configuration including interfaces with applicable systemsTesting – including system test plan creation, unit testing, and parallel testing with clientAssist client with change management. Collect and analyze relevant data and take action accordingly.Manage and resolve client issuesTrain clientsManage production planCreate support plan and oversee transition to supportCollaboration with internal AXL team to assist fellow consultants where neededManagement of multiple projects simultaneously Requirements:Creative problem solving and business judgmentExperience working independently without daily supervisionAbility to multitask between different projects and clientsClient management experience requiredExperience with WFM systems (UKG, Workbrain, Red Prairie, Dayforce, Novatime, etc.) requiredDemonstrated experience with HCM/WFM solution concepts such as Time & Attendance, Entitlements, Accruals, Leave Management, Employee Scheduling, Attendance Management, Pay Rules and Benefits Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in implementing, configuring, and testing Dayforce HCM/WFM solutions or similar (PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Lawson, UKG (UltiPro and Kronos), Workbrain, Red Prairie, Novatime, etc.).Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements OR workforce planning, scheduling, time tracking, and labor compliance regulations.Proficiency in analyzing and working with large data sets including data transformation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Expert proficiency with MSOffice Suite - specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Full-time, US or Canada – remote. Preferred Qualifications:Client management experienceCertification in Dayforce HCM or related HR/payroll systems).SQL and XML knowledge is a plusRelevant Certifications in HR, IT, WFM, and/or PROSCI are a plus
