About the role

We’re building our network of experienced Dayforce professionals for potential upcoming contract engagements. We’re looking to connect with experienced Dayforce System Consultants (Benefits / Talent / Payroll modules) and Dayforce Project Managers. This is a remote contract opportunity open to candidates in the US, Canada, and Philippines, aligned with US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• System configuration and implementation
• Discovery and requirements gathering
• Testing and validation
• Go-live and post‑production support
• Client and stakeholder management
• Project delivery and implementation management

Requirements

Relevant experience may include hands‑on work with Dayforce HCM (Benefits, Talent, Payroll modules), system configuration and implementation, discovery and requirements gathering, testing and validation, go‑live and post‑production support, client and stakeholder management, and project delivery and implementation management.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on implementation experience
• Consulting or client‑facing experience
• Experience working with enterprise or mid‑market clients
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
