Schedule
- Plymouth, MN (55442) – Overnights, every other Sunday shift – 29‑year old with vent, trach, and g‑tube
- Plymouth, MN (55447) – Overnights, Wednesdays 10‑hour shifts – 9‑year old with vent and g‑tube
- Plymouth, MN (55447) – Overnights, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts – 7‑year old with g‑tube
- Plymouth, MN (55446) – Days, Wednesdays 10‑hour shifts – 5‑year old with trach and g‑tube
- Plymouth, MN – Overnights, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 10‑hour shifts – 1‑year old with gj‑tube
Pay
Base hourly range: $25.00–$31.00 for LPN; $35.00–$41.00 for RN, based on license, experience, and qualifications.
Night & weekend bonus: Weekday nights (Mon–Fri) +$1/hour; Weekend nights (Sat–Sun) +$2/hour; Weekend days (Sat–Sun) +$1/hour.

Requirements
Current RN or LPN license required. Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required—training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care is provided, and 24/7 team support is available. A willingness to learn and a compassionate attitude are essential.
