Day & Overnight Shifts | Pediatric Home Health RN or LPN for near Hastings
About the role
At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home. The position is located in Hastings, MN (55033). Shift options include: Evenings Every Other Thursday (4‑hour shift); Days Sunday through Saturday (10‑hour shifts); Overnights Sunday through Saturday (10‑hour shifts). Clients include a 16‑year‑old with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and gastrostomy tube, and an infant with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and gastrostomy tube.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (Minnesota).
- No prior experience required; specialized hands‑on training provided in ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tube care.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Compassionate, team‑oriented attitude (“heart”) and a willingness to learn.

Pay
Base pay ranges from $25.00–$31.00 per hour for LPNs and $35.00–$41.00 per hour for RNs, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications. Additional shift differentials: Weekday nights (Mon–Fri) +$1/hour, Weekend nights (Sat–Sun) +$2/hour, Weekend days (Sat–Sun) +$1/hour.
Schedule
Shift options include: Evenings Every Other Thursday (4‑hour shift); Days Sunday through Saturday (10‑hour shifts); Overnights Sunday through Saturday (10‑hour shifts). You choose the shift; applicable night/weekend bonuses are added as described in the Pay section.
