Day & Overnight Shifts | Pediatric Home Health RN or LPN near Rogers
About the role
At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home. This position is based in Rogers, MN (55374) and involves 10‑hour shifts seven days a week, including overnight shifts, caring for an infant who requires a tracheostomy, ventilator, and gastrostomy tube.
Additional earnings include:
- Up to a $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time night shifts
- Weeknight bonus (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
- Weekend night bonus (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
- Weekend day bonus (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Pay
The base hourly range is $25.00–$31.00 for LPNs and $35.00–$41.00 for RNs, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications. This range is in addition to the shift‑based bonuses described above.
Schedule
Shifts are 10 hours long, available Sunday through Saturday, with both day and overnight options. The schedule is flexible to accommodate weekday nights, weekend nights, and weekend days.
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license is required. Pediatric experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a compassionate attitude are essential; specialized hands‑on training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tube care is provided.
