THE POSITION

Location: Plymouth, MN (55442)
Hours: Saturdays 12 hour shifts
Client Specifics: 29 years old with a vent, trach, and a g-tube

Location: Plymouth, MN (55447)
Hours: Overnights Wednesdays 10 hour shifts
Client Specifics: 8 years old with vent, and a g-tube

Location: Plymouth, MN (55446)
Hours: Wednesdays & Fridays 10-hour shifts
Client Specifics: 8 years old with a trach and a g-tube

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights
Night & Weekend Bonus Structure:
Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE

The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
