About the role

Vinfen is a nonprofit organization providing community-based services to individuals with various disabilities and challenges. The Site Manager oversees clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a day program that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and coordinating with clinical and nursing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluation.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure staff is trained on necessary plans, procedures, and practices.
  • Oversee daily management of the program, including development, implementation, and review of ISPs, clinical programs, and treatment plans.
  • Coordinate transportation and manage petty cash system.
  • Monitor program budget and fees, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to budget parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain open communication with relevant parties, and attend case conferences and meetings.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs, serve as liaison between residential and day programs, and monitor ISP processes.
  • Provide outreach and foster relationships with family, friends, and community members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and perform crisis intervention and direct care as needed.
  • Comply with community support skills standards and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in human services is required, with experience substituting for academic training in some cases.
  • Driving is a requirement for this position, involving either a Vinfen van or personal vehicle.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have been licensed for at least six months.
  • Must pass a driver's screening background check.
