Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Booking regional direct day group business

• Ticketing of all Day Groups, utilizing ticketing software

• Communicates directly with all day groups, up-selling all potential sales opportunities

• Attends regional off-site sales efforts for Jay Peak Resort

• Promotes smooth implementation of any Day Group needs

• Daily and weekly use of the Day Group forecasting templates

• Sales of all products offered, across the resort

• Communicates with internal stakeholders for group needs and plans

• Researches as needed for day group sales efforts

• Develops new regional business contacts for day group, off-site, college and water park sales efforts

• Answers phone calls to the general sales line on a daily basis

• Daily retrieval emails from the general group email account

• Participates in weekly team meetings

• Works closely with Senior Sales Manager and DOS to produce bi-weekly sales reports

• Works with SSM and DOS for complete end of season and annual reporting
