Job Duties & Skills Required
- Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participant’s homes.
- Affords assistance in monitoring and reporting participant’s health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.
Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.
- At least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and your own reliable vehicle.

Pay
This position will pay up to $22.06/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.
Schedule
The schedule is 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays and no weekends.
