Database Integration Manager

Role & Responsibilities The Global Group Lead/Unit Manager for Database and Integration Operations oversees the efficient functioning and continuous improvement of IT database and integration platforms, including data warehouses, data marts, data lakes, APIs, and messaging systems. They set strategic direction, manage daily operations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, standards, and policies, collaborating globally to foster innovation, and representing the unit in key meetings. A core duty is preparing impactful presentations on strategy, performance, and roadmaps, while mentoring and motivating teams to enhance engagement and performance. The manager ensures platform availability, compliance, and risk management, maintaining high service standards. Qualifications & Skills Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Science or equivalent experience, with over 12 years in IT, including database administration, data architecture, or engineering. At Least 3 Years Of Leadership Experience Is Essential. Strong technical knowledge of enterprise platforms, middleware, cloud solutions, and data privacy laws is necessary. Proficiency in management reporting, vendor management, project management principles, and developing applications is preferred. Excellent communication, team development, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
