About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Network Administrator / Engineer to keep our infrastructure running fast, secure, and drama-free. If you’re the person who actually enjoys digging into routing issues, tightening security, and making networks more resilient than they were yesterday—this is your lane.

- Monitor network performance and jump on issues before users notice
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity and security problems (and fix them for good)
- Strengthen network security through segmentation, access controls, and firewall policies
- Lead upgrades, refreshes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with cloud, security, and systems teams to keep everything aligned
- Work with vendors and ISPs when things need escalation (we all know how that goes…)
- Document configs, diagrams, and processes so nothing lives “only in your head”
- Mentor junior team members and participate in occasional on-call support
Requirements
- Experience working with healthcare data in a hospital or clinical environment
- Strong skills in reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
