Data Support Specialist

About the role

Price Industries, is seeking a Data Support Specialist for our U.S. Operations team in the Winder/Lawrenceville, GA area. You will play a critical role within our systems group by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within our ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain master data within the ERP system.
• Create, update, validate, and audit data records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Cook up item and BOM (Bill of Materials) data between ERP and PLM systems across all locations.
• Work closely with design engineering, supply chain, quality, and accounting teams to ensure accurate costing of materials and subassemblies.
• Aid engineering teams with data entry, data corrections, and system-related inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues while supporting continuous data quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement projects.
• Provide troubleshooting support and assist with user training and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma required; post-secondary education or relevant experience with ERP, PLM, or data management systems preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
