About the role

The Role Conduct primary and secondary data collection and analysis, interpreting results and developing actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Utilize and develop queries from HRIS systems and business intelligence tools. Partner with EEO staff to provide demographic-related workforce analytics for organizational oversight and federal reporting. Identify and report on triggers and barriers to equal employment opportunities by analyzing workforce metrics and employee sentiment. Visually and textually display analytic results to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences across the organization. Support annual, quarterly, and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements by preparing briefings and strategic materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of experience in social science or workforce analytics-related fields.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics.
  • Proficiency with data science and visualization tools, including Tableau, Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience utilizing human capital data (promotion, attrition, churn) within an EEO context.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
