About the role
The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing HR data to support workforce analytics and reporting. This role develops, automates, and maintains Workday reports and dashboards, providing leadership with accurate HR metrics while ensuring data quality and compliance with data privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, build, test, and maintain Workday reports for HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
- Develop accurate reports and dashboards to support HR analytics, audits, troubleshooting, and business decision-making.
- Create and distribute recurring HR reports while ensuring secure delivery and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to define reporting requirements and improve reporting solutions.
- Research and resolve data issues to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Enhance reporting capabilities by improving processes, exploring new tools, and supporting analytics initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver reporting projects.
Requirements
- Workday Report Writer experience required.
- Experience with Workday HCM reporting required.
- Workday PRISM experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
