Data & Reporting Analyst
About the role
CrowdBridge Inc is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst for a remote role centered on recurring reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and dependable data interpretation. You will work through defined processes, document what you complete, and raise questions when information is incomplete or inconsistent. The work may involve sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial information depending on the assignment. Confidentiality, appropriate access, and careful handling of records are expected throughout the process. Work will be organized around defined priorities and documented procedures. When a record, request, or result does not match expectations, the right response is to verify the available information, note the difference, and use the appropriate escalation path rather than forcing a conclusion. Location: Remote - United States.
Responsibilities
- Archive recurring outputs and supporting files so prior reporting remains traceable.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests while keeping standard reporting commitments on schedule.
- Validate totals, filters, date ranges, and calculation logic before reports are distributed.
- Update dashboard views and reporting templates as requirements evolve.
- Reconcile differences between recurring reports and identify the underlying cause.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify report timing, audience, and required level of detail.
Requirements
- Clear communication when report requirements or source data are incomplete.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing metrics, formulas, and reporting periods.
- Ability to explain numerical results in clear, concise language.
- Ability to investigate mismatched totals rather than simply forwarding inconsistent data.
- Reliable time management in a remote environment.

Pay
$75,000-$85,000 per year
