Data Quality Specialist Padmission
About The Role
The Data Quality Specialist plays a central role in maintaining the integrity of program data that is collected, analyzed, and reported throughout the agency. This position will enter, manage, and review data for inconsistencies and completeness in the Padmission database in assigned counties. This person works directly with Program staff to address data quality and entry issues in their assigned system(s) and works closely with their supervising Database Manager and other members of the Abode Data Team to help maintain data quality throughout all data systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage centralized inbox, respond to inquiries and support requests from various system users, including various internal Abode teams as well as staff from partner organizations and funders.
- Provide technical assistance for system users via email, virtually, and in-person at Abode office locations.
- Review Padmission for errors and consistency issues; troubleshoot issues with staff and follow up with staff to ensure all data is entered accurately.
- Run change reports from Padmission on a regular basis and work directly with the data team to support data quality efforts.
- Support Database Manager with training and other projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong Excel skills with data analysis experience using tools such as formulas, Pivot tables, Power Query, etc.
- Minimum of 1 year providing database reporting and data entry.
- Experience working with HMIS, Salesforce, or equivalent data systems.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ customer service experience, in some combination of in-person, over the phone, and/or online interactions.

Pay
$27.00 - $29.70 per hour
