About the Opportunity:The Data Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of customer orders and data files before delivery to vendors. This role ensures high-quality standards by validating data, identifying issues, and providing feedback to internal teams. The position supports continuous improvement in data quality and contributes significantly to operational reliability. 3. Responsibilities:• Review new orders and associated data for completeness and accuracy prior to vendor delivery.• Apply quality guidelines to confirm correct data and order configurations.• Verify completeness of case comments and update required fields across internal systems.• Perform follow-up checks on corrected data or orders to ensure proper resolution.• Provide clear feedback on orders requiring corrections or additional information.• Escalate complex issues to leadership while maintaining ownership of cases.• Track recurring errors to assist in coaching and process improvements.• Maintain understanding of internal implementation processes and software tools.• Participate in testing tools and methods for quality improvement.• Assist in maintaining accurate account information within CRM systems.• Provide backup support for related specialist roles as needed.• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.• Undertake additional related duties and special projects as assigned. 4. Requirements:• At least 1 year of experience in data quality, validation, or quality control.• At least 1 year of successful remote work experience.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CRM, DealerVault, or ticketing/reporting platforms.• Preferred: Background in software support, data processing, or automotive retail technology. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors. 6.
