Data Program Manager

Hybrid - San Francisco, CA (3x/week onsite), 6-month contract to hire.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data program management, data management, or technical program management within enterprise environments.
• Strong FinTech/financial services background with experience working in banking, payments, lending, or related industries.
• Marketing domain experience, including digital marketing, marketing analytics, customer engagement, or MarTech initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with data management, data strategy, governance, quality, and enterprise data practices.
• Proven experience in mapping data flows across applications, systems, platforms, and business processes.
• Understanding of enterprise data management, including data lineage, integration, ownership, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience working in techno-functional roles, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business, marketing, data, engineering, and technology stakeholders across functions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional data initiatives, dependencies, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and technical teams.
• Excellent program management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive complex data initiatives from requirements through successful delivery.
